Residential Plots in Dharuhera

MG Housing is coming up with a plotted residential township at Sector 19 & 24, of Dharuhera, Haryana. MGH will provide all basic infrastructure i.e. Roads, Provision of Underground water, Sewerage, Strom Water, Electrification, Greenery, Parks, Community Building etc. and will develop plots in various sizes ranging from 150 Sq. Why Dharuhera?

Dharuhera is an evolving Residential cum Industrial Hub which is located on Delhi – Jaipur National Highway. Haryana Government has ambitious plans to convert Dharuhera to the Next Big Satellite City in the region. It is surrounded by well developed and rising Industrial Hubs like Gurgaon, Manesar, Bilaspur, Rewari, Bawal, RICCO Bhiwadi, Khuskhera, Chopanki, Tapukra, Neemrana and upcoming DMIC etc.

  • KMP Expressway – KMP connecting NH-1, NH-10, NH-8 & NH-2 bypassing the NCT Delhi is near completion and the project is hardly 10 KM from the site..
  • Delhi - Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) – The future growth line of India which will provide high-speed connectivity between Delhi and Mumbai is in close proximity to the site.
  • Metro – Extension of Delhi Metro is being planned by Rajasthan Govt. from Manesar to Bhiwadi and this will travel via Dharuhera.
  • Railway Station - Rewari Junction; one of the oldest in the country is only a few minutes away from the site.
  • Medical - Reputed Hospitals like Metro Heart Hospital , Apex Hospital etc are in close proximity.
  • Educational Institutes like DPS Rewari, Manipal Starex, International School, Modern Public School and Raman Munjal School are in the vicinity.
  • Hotels – 2 Five Star Hotels are under construction within a striking radius.
